Got Questions?
Frequently Asked Questions
Should I dispose of my furniture?
No, throwing away the furniture risks spreading infestation and adds an additional 30 days of time to the original treatment plan.
What if my room has no furniture in it?
If you don’t have furniture in the room and there is nothing to treat in the room, the bed bugs will go dormant, and outlast the chemical treatment. It is recommended to leave furniture/belongings stationary throughout the treatment to ensure maximum effect from chemicals to pests. This also allows for shorter treatment times.
How long does treatment typically take to resolve a bed bug issue?
1-2 spray treatments or 45 days minimum for light to moderate infestations & 3-6 spray treatments or 2-4 months minimum on heavy infestations.
How long do I need to evacuate the treatment area?
8-10 hours is recommended to ensure the chemical has time to fully dry. It is recommended that your furry friends take a mini vacation during the time of treatment as well.

How long does roach treatment take?
A light infestation is going to take 5 weeks minimum, 8 weeks maximum. The level of infestation, moisture, and cleanliness are all contributing factors to this as well.
Natural vs. Safe - Diatomaceous Earth
Diatomaceous Earth is typically used for roach and bed bugs treatments because people think it’s safe. It is a natural product and some versions are food grade approved; however while it is safe to handle and consume at times, it is not safe to inhale and is not recommended for use over long periods of time.
Why do ants keep coming back even after I spray them?
Most sprays only kill visible ants. If the colony is under your slab foundation, the queen survives and continues producing more ants. In some species, spraying can even cause the colony to split and create multiple nests.
Can ants damage my slab foundation?
Ants do not eat concrete, but they can expand existing cracks and create soil voids beneath slabs. Over time, this can contribute to moisture issues and structural settling concerns, especially if the infestation is large and left untreated.
